Housekeeping Supervisor

Main tasks :

Ensure the satisfaction and performance of work teams and the client by providing leadership on the contract, ensuring, supervision, training, development, evaluation and prevention of employees.

Intervene with employees when necessary in a preventive and proactive context, in critical and disciplinary situations, find solutions, document information ansd follow up on it.

Ensure the application of quotos, collective agreements, decrees and labor laws as well as control of the quality of the work carried out.

Complete administrative forms

All other tasks aimed at improving the efficiency of the organization.

You need to :

Trainer skill

Influential and mobilizing leadership, bienveillance

Make it easier to menage time, priorities and daily challenges

Methodical, logical, analytical, but unconditional fan of common sense

Have a minimum of 1 to 7 months of experience in a similar role

Speak and understand french

Be comfortable using office
